Wintering with Spirit
The season of hibernation is rapidly approaching and, with it, the opportunity to turn inward and cultivate deeper relationships with your Good Spirits.
Join me this winter for a three-month course dedicated to getting to know one of your main Spirit Guides. Together, we’ll learn which guides are closest and who is eager to support us; then, we’ll explore ways to connect more deeply with these guides so we may receive their guidance with clarity and ease.
This course is for those who know their guides are near, but struggle to connect with them directly. It’s for the mystics who whisper prayers over their morning coffee, but rarely hear a clear response in return. It’s for the spiritually-inclined, witchy, and intuitive among us who crave a deeper relationship with their spirit guides and are ready to learn how to speak the language of spirit.
Wintering with Spirit is your opportunity to meet one of your guides, learn their story, and discover how to work with them with ease. Let all you do be guided by spirit, and find clarity in the wisdom your guides have to offer.

Course Schedule
Our main course sessions will take place on Zoom, from early January through early April. All sessions will be recorded and shared with all attendees, so you can still engage with the course if you’re unable to join live. Main course session dates are as follows:
January 8th, 2-4pm PST: Lesson 1
February 5th, 2-4pm PST: Lesson 2
March 5th, 2-4pm PST: Lesson 3
April 2nd, 2-4pm PST: Lesson 4
In addition to these monthly virtual gatherings, we will have six virtual office hours throughout the session. These will be live calls on Zoom during which you may ask any questions you have, explore insights or experiences that are coming up for you during your work with spirit, or get advice on any techniques you’ve been implementing during your practice. These calls will also be recorded, and you will have an opportunity to send in questions if you cannot attend live. Office hourse will be held on the following days/times:

In addition to the above times, you will be able to connect with myself and all the course participants via our virtual server on Discord where you can ask questions, share experiences, or just discuss all things winter, witchy, or spiritual!

Wintering with Spirit Curriculum
Lesson 1: Preparing for Spirit
When given the opportunity to work with spirit, a lot of folks express fear or trepidation. “What I open myself up and something unwanted comes through?”; “What if I go to deep and lose my connection with reality?” These are the kinds of questions clients ask me about this work. To begin our course, we’ll explore the importance of spiritual hygiene to ensure we’re connecting with the spirits we want to work with in a way that is sustainable and aligned with our daily lives outside of spirit work. We’ll explore cleansing practices, protection techniques, and grounding methods to ensure you get the most out of your time working with spirit.
Lesson 2: Welcoming Spirit
Armed with our spiritual hygiene practices, we’re ready to dive into the realm of spirit. During lesson two, we’ll discuss various methods for connecting with our spirit guides, such as divination practices like card pulling and pendulum work; trance journeying and other meditation techniques; and the use of altars in connecting with our spirit guides. In addition to learning how to engage with each of these tools, you’ll receive a guided trance journey led by me to connect with whichever guide is eager to work with you this winter.
Lesson 3: Working with Spirit
Once your guide has been identified, it’s time to start working with them. During lesson three, we’ll discuss how to engage with altars and offerings to honor your guide and how to request your guide’s support through petitions and spellwork. Not only will you get a better understanding of how to use these practices in spirit work, but you’ll get a chance to explore the parts of your life where your guide can offer the most support and engage with them in living a more spiritually-aligned life.
Lesson 4: Living with Spirit
As we wrap up our course, we’ll discuss how you can take the work you’ve done over the winter and apply it outside the container of the course. Learn ways to make spirit work sustainable and explore how you can continue to connect and work with your guides in tangible, supportive ways even after our time together has come to an end.
